1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of Aluland B.V., established in 's-Gravendeel, the Netherlands.
2. Offers and quotations
All offers and quotations are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation by Aluland.
3. Delivery
Deliveries are made ex works/warehouse, unless agreed otherwise. Stated delivery times are indicative and never constitute a strict deadline.
4. Payment
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Liability
The liability of Aluland is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by the liability insurance.
6. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
