The maritime environment is, by its nature, highly corrosive. Fibermarine is made of fibreglass-reinforced epoxy or vinyl ester, does not rust and is therefore an excellent alternative to Cunifer, steel and stainless steel. It is also lightweight and virtually maintenance-free. For shipbuilding, Fiberdur® offers two product ranges: Fibermarine, designed for full vacuum, and Fibermarine Highline, designed for full vacuum (collapse resistance) plus 30 metres of water column (3:1 safety).
