Triplate®
Triplate® is a vacuum explosion welded transition joint, a high-quality material for bonding aluminium to steel. Triplate® is the solution for your aluminium-to-steel connection. Triplate® consists of 3 layers of metals: steel as the base, pure aluminium as the intermediate layer and a corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy as the top layer. These three layers are homogeneously bonded through an explosion in a vacuum chamber.
A stainless steel variant is also available on request.
